dimebag was in damageplan, they started that band after the pantera breakup.

local rock station here did mandatory damageplan/pantera instead of mandatory metallica tonight.

Dimebag isn't the singer, he plays the guitar in pantera and was damageplans guitarplayer, his brother was the drummer with him in both bands.
